Posture related pain

By February 23, 2022February 25th, 2022Health News

During 2020 working from home conditions had a huge impact on Australian’s spinal health. Three-quarters (72.2%) of people who had to work from home reported that they had suffered from posture related pain.1

The effects of spinal problems often extend beyond just physical pain. A third (32.6%) of Australian’s living with pain admitted that they had issues with their mobility while one in five (20.7%) said that it caused them anxiety and depression.1

During March’s mobility month Chiropractors are encouraging their patients to assess their spinal health and mobility with a simple four stage test.

If you find it difficult to perform or feel pain with one or more of these tests, seek guidance from your chiropractor or other healthcare professional.
